Jacuzzi Killers

Legend has it, if you throw a Scandinavian into a pot of boiling water and listen closely with a stethoscope, you can hear that it actually screams in the form of melodic synth-pop.  Zeigeist, from Stockholm, Sweden, further perpetuate the stereotype that Scandinavia is the world’s most fertile breeding ground for this special breed of electronic music.  Until someone sent me this latest Twelves Remix of “Humanitarianism“, I have to admit that I had actually never listened to Zeigeist before.  I was pleasantly surprised with something that sounded like an upbeat, blog-era, bastard child from the Ladytron-Eurythmics-Depeche Mode secret Scandanavian 3-way love affair.  As we all know, the Twelves are masters of the pop-electro remix, making for…well, exactly what you would expect.
