Jacuzzi Killers

Disco has always heavily influenced electronic music, but it seems like with the last few months’ waves of blog releases, this has been more evident now than ever.  There are few tracks that I have been in love with lately; the 1st by Empire of the Sun.  EotS is half PNAU/Teenager and half Sleepy Jackson, and with that combo, I had high expectations.  Luckily, “Walking on a Dream” did not dissapoint:

Next up, I have a track from Database’s Ugly Edit project.  I know, this has been blogged about by pretty much everyone and their 80 year old grandma, but there is one track that definitely hasn’t gotten enough attention.  Check out “Oh Right” by Midnight Martyn (who is actually part of Database):
