Boss In Drama & Cadence Weapon’s New Releases
Today Boss In Drama is releasing his first EP through his myspace page. Its only 4 songs but defintiely follows the quality over quantity rule. Each track is unique, upbeat, and clearly BID in its own way. Check out the next installment here on Jacuzzi Killers, this time with a track called “Lights Off“, and don’t forget to head on over to Boss’s myspace and get the rest.
Also, this week hip-hop/house crossover artist Cadence Weapon’s people sent over his latest release, titled Separation Anxiety. It’s a collection of remixes, originals, and collaborations with the likes of Roots Manuva, Herve’, A-Trak, Kid Sister, and more. This release is filled with tracks that will move the dancefloor, but its a remix CW did for the Swedish Sally Shapiro that really got me interested in the rest of the LP. Its a cool, slow moving, ambient electro track that really stands out in the world of bangers and disco. Check it out below and don’t forget to download the entire LP HERE.

I love everything about Sally’s soothing voice and the 8+ minute backing track that Irkuk has set it to is the perfect landscape, much better than the original in my opinion (although it sitll doesn’t match up to this one we posted before).
